Katarina is a luxury goods and financial services strategy and delivery professional with 20 years of global experience in leading strategy and innovation teams, building new organizational units incl. startups, developing value proposition, partnerships, business development, strategic marketing and branding. Currently, Katarina is leading the eCom Boost for Swarovski’s Consumer Goods Business with a mandate to grow online sales 500% by 2022, by becoming a digitally enabled omni-channel retailer and a forerunner into a digital age. She is a core member of a cross organizational senior team with the Executive Board Mandate for InnoVision, an innovation initiative, with the objective to maximize the value of innovation by defining common innovation focus areas and setting-up cross-business unit innovation collaboration and governance. She holds an MBA in eCommerce Management and Marketing from the Wharton School, a PhD in Strategy, and has education from Fashion Institute of Technology in New York.
